Asil Özkan the founding partner of Özkan&Dönmez, is a graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law. He has deep knowledge about reporting and providing legal support to national and international companies, mainly engaged in mining and energy sectors, reporting on public tender processes by conducting detailed risk analyses, conducting negotiation and mediation processes with administrative institutions, providing legal support in tax audit processes, resolving all kinds of legal disputes that may arise between the state and private individuals, especially compensation cases arising from expropriation and negligent actions of the administration, reconciliation processes.

Asil Özkan specializes in white collar crimes that occur at different levels, especially management and accounting of the companies where he provides legal advice. Having competent knowledge in the field of cybercrime and general criminal law in addition to white collar crimes, Asil Özkan conducts the follow-up of the process meticulously during the investigation and prosecution stages.

Having experience in tender and negotiation processes with the administration, Asil Özkan provides services in the fields of dispute resolution, management of legal processes and litigation tracking with private legal entities in different sectors.

Asil Özkan specializes mainly in criminal law, administrative and tax law, malpractice cases, family and divorce law and represents his clients in the fields of public and private law.
